Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Scriblox! We want to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.
Because our products are made to order, delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing/Production Time and Shipping Time.
1. Processing & Production Time
All Scriblox items are custom printed on demand just for you. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be manufactured, quality-checked, and packed before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
We partner with a global network of top-tier print facilities. In most cases, your order is routed to a production hub closest to your delivery address, which speeds up delivery and reduces our carbon footprint!
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, here are the estimated shipping times:

Domestic (US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia): 2 to 4 business days

International (Rest of World): 4 to 8 business days
Note: Total delivery time = Production Time (1-3 days) + Shipping Time.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
5. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
Because we utilize a global printing network, we are able to produce the vast majority of our orders locally, meaning no customs fees for most customers in the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia.
However, if your delivery address requires your order to be shipped internationally across borders, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

Scriblox is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. * Any additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any secondary shipping costs to resend the package.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged in transit: If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement.

Lost in transit: If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery date by more than 5 business days and the tracking hasn't updated, please reach out so we can investigate and send a replacement if necessary.

Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but suspected to be stolen. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location.
